Organically grown microgreens are a nutrient dense powerhouse. They provide up to 40 x more minerals, antioxidants/polyphenols than mature vegetables. Eating living foods regularly is a great way to heal your body. Each package holds 2oz of microgreens. We offer the following blends for Friday/Saturday pickup.
Wellness Mix: A mild blend of brassicas - cabbage/kale/broccoli/kohlrabi
Zesty Mix: Brassicas with a kick - broccoli/kale/mizuna/mustard greens
